Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Houston, TX. After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for your package.
- Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Priority orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Priority Express/Overnight orders are processed and shipped the same day if the order is placed before 2 PM CST. If the order is placed after 2 PM CST, it will be shipped the following business day.
Processing time does not count the day that your order is placed.
Total delivery time is processing time + shipping time, based on your location.
***Please note, weekends and Holidays are not included in processing/ delivery times.

Cost: International shipping rates vary depending on the location and weight of the package. Your total shipping will be shown at checkout; depending on the weight of your shopping bag.
All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. International packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Please Note: Shipping times are estimated; USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates for priority mail. Priority Express and Overnight Shipping are the only options where dates are guaranteed. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is return to us, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) (minus the shipping fee). Please carefully check and verify your address before completing the purchase. If you notice that you made an error after your order has been submitted, please email us immediately (email@example.com) so that we can update your address prior to processing the order. There will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee in the event that you request your order to be reshipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us, you are agreeing to our full shipping and delivery policy.
