I PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Yes! Changes and order cancellation can be made as long as your order has NOT been processed. Once the order has been fulfilled, changes/cancellations are no longer allowed.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless you select Priority Express or Overnight shipping at checkout. In this case, if your order is placed before 3 PM CST, it will ship the same day.

CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
As of July 1, 2020; we no longer offer exchanges or refunds. A store credit will be issued if the return is requested and received within 15 days.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE it cannot be returned.
