Return Policy


How do I make a return?

All returns must be submitted through the online portal in order to be accepted. To make a return, submit your return request here. You will need the email address used when making your purchase and order number (including any leading zeros).

How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 15 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

What items are returnable?

Unworn merchandise is returnable within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. If the merchandise is defected or if any signs of wear are detected, your return will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • All Accessories (including hats)
  • Bodysuits
  • Sale or Discounted Items
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
  • Gift Card Purchases
  • Shipping fees

Can I get my money back or exchange the item for a different size?

As of July 1, 2020; we no longer offer exchanges or refunds. A store credit will be issued if the return is requested and received within 15 days. 

Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE it cannot be returned.

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. A $7.95 fee will be assessed to cover the return shipping cost. (Fee is deducted from the store credit amount)

If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 3 business days for store credit to be issued.
